Liquid Keratin accepts returns on unopened / unused products only. Customers must notify them by email within 14 days of receiving the order. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment upon receipt of the returned item. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges, and return shipments must be sent with tracking. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process once received at their Distribution Facility. It can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on the form of payment.
